It's made in stainless steel.

2. Are the cz glued on the chain?

Nope, they are prong setting and won't fall out.

3. How long the gold color can last?

We do high quality electro plating with ecoating covered. The gold color can last for more than 2 years without tarnishing.

4. Can my logo be engraved on the chain?

Yes, we provide free engraving service.

5. Can I mix different colors or sizes?

Yes,mixed orders are acceptable.

6. Do you have the same bracelet?

Yes, we have. Contact us for more info.

7. If quality problems happen, what should I do?

You can get back to us for reparing, replacement or refund. We have lifetime warranty for all of our products.

Just send us images and requirements, our designer will draw a 3D pic first. After you confirm the pic,
we will make the mold and proceed production.

Yes, we can also offer samples.

6. If quality problems happen, how should I do?
Just email us or call us about your problems. We will compensate or refund for you. Anyway we will try our
best to control the quality problem to less than 1%.

7. Can I expect fast delivery if I need in urgent?
Every order will take about 15-20 days for production except some comlicated custom pieces. So our lead time
is a big advantage for wholesalers to turn around.
