Nope, they are not glued. All the cz are prong-setting. They won't fall out.

We do high quality electro plating with ecoating. The gold color can last for more than 2 years without tarnishing.

4. Can my logo be engraved on the bead?

Yes, we provide free engraving service.

5. Can I mix different colors?

Yes, mixed orders are acceptable.

Just email us or call us about your problems. We will compensate or refund for you. Anyway we will try our 
best to control the quality problem to less than 1%.

11. Can I expect fast delivery if I need in urgent?
Every order will take about 15-20 days for production except some comlicated custom pieces. So our lead time is a big advantage for wholesalers to turn around.
